Create better listings

How would you like your listings to stand out from the crowd, have more people view the listing and receive more calls?? 

It is time to change the way you treat your listing through the description, photos, virtual tours and websites. Most Agents think that once they have entered all the important details and photos into their local MLS and sent the listing through KWLS, their job is done.

Not so. While Keller Williams does a superb job of sending your listing to hundreds of online property search sites, it cannot ensure that your listing looks as detailed on each site as it does on the MLS or on KWLS. Because input fields on different sites like zillow, trulia and realtor.com may vary, some of the important details you enter will not carry over to the websites which are actively advertising your listing. To ensure that you make the most of your advertising space on these websites, we recommend that you create a free agent account on the large advertisers and edit your listings directly on zillow, trulia and realtor.com to add any missing information. Many sites also allow you to have branded photos and virtual tours. You should make the most of this to advance your brand in the local market.

100% Profile
